Offering for sale a brand new boxed example of a Hornby Model Railways SR Green Maunsell Four Compartment 3rd Class Coach running number 3219, model reference number R4394B.

By 1926, Maunsell had developed his designs for Southern Railway carriage stock to the extent that many of the features could be termed “STANDARD” The body which was in essence a ‘bow-ended’ design with a basic length of 59′ along the coach center-line included passenger compartments each with an external door and corridors and “low”main window lights.
