A fine example of this much sort after 4-6-2 Streamlined Bulleid Pacific Golden Arrow Locomotive named “Fighter Pilot” in SR Green livery running number 21C155. This superb example of the Fighter Pilot commenced production in 1984 and continued until 1990. Overall there were only circa 550 made of this example.
A number of other variations were produced to include different lining. Overall there were some 650 made of the earlier W2265A model and an unknown number of later lining W2265AX locomotives between 1990/92. What makes this locomotive special is the condition and originality which is very hard to find due to the limited production run by Wrenn.
The locomotive has been fully serviced and comes in its original condition, complete in every respect and includes original Wrenn box, packaging, manual and usual holding rings and tissue! The underneath is clearly stamped in red packer no.1 date code 00238 confirming manufacture consistent with build period March 1988!
