Wrenn Late P3 BR Lined Black Standard Tank 2-6-4t 80033 W2218

A perfect example of a much cherished 2-6-4T BR 4MT Standard Tank Class Locomotive This example is the BR Lined Black 80033. The 4MT Standard Tank was based on the EX-H/Dublo model released in 1967.

This variation of the standard tank loco was produced by Wrenn throughout ALL four periods at Basildon. Production commenced in early 1967 and ceased 1992, model reference W2218. This lined black example was produced with its running numbers 80033 in various shades of yellow. In the late 1970’s the lined transfers were finished in gold and red.

This version is regarded among collectors especially as they are uncommon in such fine condition regardless of the fact there were plenty made. This later period three locomotive is complete in every respect and includes original box, packaging, manual and usual holding rings and tissue!
