A faultless example of this much sort after 4-6-2 Streamlined Bulleid Pacific Locomotive named “City of Wells” Golden Arrow in BR Green livery. This excellent without exception City of Wells with running number 34092 commenced production in 1985 and continued until the factory closure in 1992.

A number of variations were produced to include a “Khaki” and kit model, others with different lining. What makes this locomotive special is the condition which is hard to find due to the limited production run by Wrenn!

The locomotive is in original condition, complete in every respect and includes original box, packaging, manual and usual holding rings and tissue! The inner box has the factory stamp in red Packer no.2 date code 00236 build date March 1986.

The SR West Country and Battle of Britain classes, collectively known as Light Pacific’s or informally as Spam Cans, are air-smoothed 4-6-2 Pacific steam locomotives designed for the Southern Railway by its Chief Mechanical Engineer Oliver Bulleid.

NOTE: TO PRESERVE ITS VALUE AS A DISPLAY MODEL IN OUR OPINION PARAMOUNT, THE ENGINE REMAINS TEST RUN ONLY.
