A superb faultless display model of a Streamlined Bulleid Pacific 4-6-2 Locomotive named “SEATON”  direct from a one owner personal collection. A much sort after locomotive which was produced in BR Green livery running number 34020. This at best test run example of the LIMITED EDITION Seaton commenced production in 1989 and continued until the factory closure in 1992.

This example was originally kept by the Wrenn family and is only one of 196 ever made. What makes this locomotive special is the provenance which could NOT be any better. We would deem this locomotive to be a VERY RARE FIND INDEED! This example remains test run only and comes complete with its original box packaging, usual holding rings, manual, limited edition certificate, plinth and track! The underneath is clearly stamped P2 / 901042 confirming product date October 1990.

The SR West Country and Battle of Britain classes, collectively known as Light Pacific’s or informally as Spam Cans, are air-smoothed 4-6-2 Pacific steam locomotives designed for the Southern Railway by its Chief Mechanical Engineer Oliver Bulleid.

TO RETAIN ITS VALUE AS A COLLECTORS PIECE, WE BELIEVE PARAMOUNT, THE ENGINE IS OFFERED AS FOUND
