Wrenn Mica B Van “YOUNGS ” Refrigerated Rolling Stock W5052

Offering for sale a superb example of a Wrenn “Youngs” 4 Wheeled 6T Mica B Van model reference number W5052. This model was introduced by Wrenn in 1979 and production continued for a period of thirteen years until 1992.

The Van is finished in a diamond white colour with full logo, running number is 78. The tooling for this model was subsequently bought by Mordvale in 2001.This item is complete with original box, inner yellow sleeve and packaging.

The 6T Mica B Vans are used for transporting chilled meat of various kinds. The majority were privately owned and were distinguishable as there were painted in company colours and logo’s i.e. Birds Eye, Young’s Eskimo ETC. Very seldom were Tank Wagons owned by the Railway Companies.
