Wrenn (P3 1979/80) later decals LMS unlined black Class 8F 2-8-0 Freight 8402 W2225

This fine Wrenn model W2225 is of the Standard 8F Class locomotive in LMS Black, running number 8042. This model locomotive is one of the few which spans all four periods of production Wrenn Model Railways undertook at Basildon Essex. This example was in production from 1970-1980. We are offering a very late period three model  with later decals in super order.

Alternative examples and a limited edition were made during the other periods. As all model railway enthusiast know, this is the “WORKHORSE” for freight operations on any layout. Hence why they are very seldom found not play worn and even rarer boxed.

The locomotive has been stored long term and remains in super condition, complete in every respect and includes original Wrenn Basildon box. Comes complete with instruction manual and usual holding rings and tissue! Make sure your layout is not without!
