Wrenn W2228″City of Birmingham 46235″ Duchess Class 8P 4-6-2 BR Green Locomotive

A fine preserved model of the 4-6-2 Duchess Class Locomotive.

This example is the “City of Birmingham” running number 46235 in British Rail Green Livery! The locomotive was introduced by Wrenn between 1973-91.

There were two variations produced during this period which included approximately 100 with the mark two chassis, model reference W2228. This example was produced with a lined tender. This locomotive is becoming ever harder to find especially as more often than not they are all play worn!

The locomotive is complete in every respect and includes original box, packaging, together with the instruction manual and usual holding rings and tissue!
