Hornby Model Railways “The Golden Arrow” Battle of Britain Class Box Set R2369

A brand new especially commissioned by Hornby Model Railways 00 Gauge “Great British Trains” box set. This model is the BR 4-6-2 Battle of Britain Class Golden Arrow pack.This train pack contains the Super Detailed Streamlined Bulleid Pacific 34074 locomotive, together with three specially produced Pullman coaches in their traditional livery with lights.

The coaches comprise of a Pullman 1st Class Kitchen Car Chloria, Pullman 1st Class Parlour Car Niobe and Pullman 1st Class Kitchen Car Cecilia. Each coach is complete with working table lights and authentic livery. This set is in factory fresh condition, all items are exactly as they would have left the production line. The set comes with detail pack, instructions ETC.

In 1946 the Golden Arrow Pullman service was recommenced after the service had been cancelled due to the Second World War! Leaving from London Victoria the train traveled to and from Folkstone where they were ferried over to France to continue their journey to Paris by French Pullman.
